We stayed in a hotel just a few minutes' walk from the beach and restaurants, with a great location close to the railway station and shops. Our room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was delicious with various options.

The furniture in the room was old-fashioned and could use some refurbishing.

The hotel is located close to the beach and close to the many shops. The people at the hotel were very friendly. Especially the manager who really wanted his guests to have a nice staying at hishotel.

The location of this hotel is really great. It's near the sea and easily accessible from the railway station. The rooms are also spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety to choose from.

My stay was marred by the poor attitude of the hotel staff. They were not helpful at all and seemed disinterested in addressing any concerns that I shared with them.

I am a regular guest and received a very warm welcome. Hotel staff noted and appreciated my loyalty. Room provided this time was more spacious than previous rooms with large flat screen tv (unusual in Italy). Also large balcony with sea view. All for 92 euros a night (double room, single occupancy, peak season). I felt very comfortable as a female solo traveller. Great value and probably the best deal in Varazze

Public spaces could do with modernising.

We had a great stay near the sea and very close to the center of this city. The location was perfect, being close to the beach and restaurants. The breakfast had a good variety, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and tidy.

The location was perfect, as it was very close to the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. The hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, with room service available 24/7 and a variety of amenities such as an indoor swimming pool and a health club. The room was impeccably cleaned every day, and the breakfast offered a good selection of options. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday experience.

Very limited breakfast, dirty - fungus covering the whole shower doors!, Dirty mirror in the room with dust of at least 6 months - details in cleaning but create very bed picture of the room. Hotel is not renovated in the rooms and in breakfast area and it really needs it.

The hotel doesn't offer a beach service, and the nearby beaches are mostly private and expensive. the old-fashioned design of the rooms may not suit everyone's taste, and there are limited English programs on the TV.
